A Conversation Series is a flagship event organised by the Trial Advocacy Committee of the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), designed to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and the realities of legal practice. The initiative provides students with a unique opportunity to interact with distinguished legal professionals and gain first-hand insights into litigation, courtroom advocacy, professional ethics, and the functioning of the criminal justice system.

Through engaging conversations and experience-based discussions, Legal Luminaries brings the courtroom into the classroom by enabling practitioners to share their professional journeys, notable cases, litigation strategies, and the practical challenges they encountered in their careers. The event seeks to cultivate not merely legal knowledge, but also the skills, values, and professional temperament required of an effective advocate. Discussions with experienced practitioners expose students to strategic case preparation, effective courtroom presentation, questioning techniques, evidence appreciation, professional ethics, and the responsibilities of advocates in ensuring the fair administration of justice.
