About the event
The Advanced Criminal Law Studies Committee (ACLSC) hosted a formal paper conference for the Academic Year 2025-26 titled ‘The Legal Prism Vol. 1’, where formal paper submissions were invited to be presented on topics under the realm of ‘Comparative Criminal Law in the Contemporary World’. This intellectual forum, led by Tarun Gowda D and Kirti Krishna, the ACLSC Convenors, consisted of 23 presenters who presented their research papers in the presence of a distinguished panel of faculty judges. This conference was a platform for fresh perspectives and bold ideas to meet, while the gap between theory and practicality was bridged. The paper conference was able to successfully fulfill its aim to develop students' research, writing, and presentation skills while simultaneously building their confidence in public speaking and effective communication skills.
